Volunteers Needed Giant Steps Therapeutic Equestrian Center is seeking caring, dependable volunteers for our Fall Session, which runs from August 29th through December 7th. Giant Steps is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives through the power of horses, teamwork, and community. Through our equine-assisted programs, people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds experience the incredible benefits that come from therapeutic riding. Volunteers are needed Tuesday through Saturday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with a minimum commitment of 1.5 hours per shift. Volunteers support riders during therapeutic riding lessons by leading horses or walking alongside riders, helping to create a safe and supportive environment. No prior horse experience is required, as all new volunteers will go through our Volunteer Orientation on August 20th, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. If you're looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community, we'd love to have you join our volunteer team!
